Terms and conditions


All our products come with a 2-year warranty.

The conditions of the warranty will be those stipulated in the "Warranty Conditions" that accompany each article, and may be different in each case, always depending on the different manufacturers, importers and distributors. In the event that the item does not come with this document, it will be sufficient to keep the purchase invoice, which will replace the warranty form. If it is not specified in any document, it is understood that this warranty will be valid for two years from the original date of the purchase.

MANUFACTURAS JICA S.L. makes every effort to ensure that the information that appears is correct, but cannot guarantee the accuracy in the descriptions. The products may suffer slight variations in terms of specifications, colours or other design features. The warranty will cease to be effective if MANUFACTURAS JICA S.L. reliably verifies there has been any form of manipulation by the customer.

MANUFACTURAS JICA S.L. will be responsible, unless otherwise indicated, for transportation, postal mail and other expenses incurred during the warranty period.

MANUFACTURAS JICA S.L. states and guarantees that it can sell products and services from the website www.jicaclick.com and that its Internet platforms are technically prepared for the sale of products.

The guarantees of quality or operation of the products or services of MANUFACTURAS JICA S.L. will be, as appropriate, established on a case-by-case basis in the particular conditions.


All prices are in EUROS.

The items sold are completely new.

Shipping costs will be specified in the shopping cart at the time of placing the order.

The postage for Spain will be free for the purchase of two articles on the website and will amount to 3 euros + VAT for the purchase of a single item, and the delivery method will be via the mail service Correos Express.

All domestic shipments will be made through courier. The delivery time will be 2-3 business days for shipments to the peninsula, provided the product is available.

In the case of not being able to make the delivery within the term indicated on the website, customers will be informed of the shipment status of their order.

Once the order is placed, the customer will receive confirmation of it. When we have received the payment in our account, the order is sent within 24/48 hours. The shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Cash on delivery is only possible for domestic shipments.

All orders have an additional shipping insurance that protects them from possible damages or losses that may occur during the transport process and our company is responsible for its re-shipment without any additional cost to the customer.

The purchase system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, therefore the sales operations will be understood as carried out by MANUFACTURAS JICA S.L. with Tax Identification Number (NIF): ESB95440343 and fiscal domicile in BARRIO DE OMA S/N -48269 MALLABIA (VIZCAYA).

Our company reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered on its website. To guarantee the customer the certainty and assurance of the price of their products, this price will be that which appears on the corresponding advertising published at the time the order is formalised. 

JICACLICK is a product patented by MANUFACTURAS JICA S.L., which in turn sells it. It may be that the images and technical characteristics of the product do not match exactly with the final product, which will never be detrimental to the product's quality and functionality.

The commitment acquired by MANUFACTURAS JICA S.L. for the sale and delivery of the goods offered is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability, so our company, in its commitment to quality and customer service, always tries to ensure that the advertised products are available. However, in cases of exceptional circumstances of interactive multi-order or those that cause the stock to run out, the order and the contract signed between the parties shall be rendered null and void by virtue of this cancellation clause, providing the customer a full refund, in case of prepaid purchase, for the amounts that have been paid, without it being in favour of any of the parties any compensation for breach of contract, emerging damage or loss of profits.

Products that are customized, that is, in general all products made according to the consumer's specifications, cannot be returned. Products that can be reproduced or copied immediately (compact disks, CD software, video films, books, etc.) can also not be returned, nor can consumables that have been unsealed. This is in accordance with Law 47/2002 on the Regulation of Retail Trade.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt to return it.

You must send the products back in perfect condition, in its original packaging, including all accessories (drivers, manuals, cables, etc.), along with the warranty form.

It is an essential condition that the product has not suffered any damage once unpacked.

It is important that you return the products in perfect condition.

Once our warehouse has received the items and we have verified that the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund costs. Shipping costs will not be paid.

You will receive the refund of the amount in the same medium in which you made the payment (bank transfer, credit card, debit card).

The shipping cost will be paid by the customer, as long as the product is not faulty.

If you wish to do so, you can return the product in store, however the conditions to be met are the same as stated in previous points.

It is necessary to present the invoice or purchase receipt to make any returns.
