Products that are made with a customized configuration cannot be returned, in general, all products made according to consumer specifications.
Products that can be reproduced or copied immediately, (Compact Disc, software, video films, books, etc ...), as well as consumables that have been unsealed, can also not be returned. Law 47/2002 on Retail Trade Management)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt to return it.
You must send the products in perfect condition and with their original packaging, including all accessories (drivers, manuals, cables, etc.), along with the warranty without filling.
It is an essential condition that the material has not been damaged once it has been unpacked. It is important that you return the perfectly packaged products to us. Once the items are received in our warehouses and verified that the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 30 days.
The shipping costs will not be paid. You will receive the refund of the amount in the same medium in which you made the payment (bank transfer, credit card, debit card). The freight will be paid by the customer, provided that the product is not defective. If you wish, you can make the return in our store and the conditions to be met are the same as in the previous point. It is necessary to present the invoice or purchase ticket to make returns.
Return of defective products Without prejudice to any other rights that may correspond, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or delivered products if they do not correspond to the order placed by the Client.
As an alternative to the above, the Customer will have the right to claim, and be delivered, an equal product, in perfect condition, whenever it is available. In the cases of return to Manufacturas Jica S.L. of defective products or products that do not correspond to your order, Manufacturas Jica S.L. will bear the shipping and return costs of defective products as well as shipping management.
The Client should only be contacted by email or by phone, within the period indicated above. Reimbursement of the price of the products to the Client As long as the Client has followed the procedure established in this section and the requirements established therein have been met, Manufacturas Jica SL will reimburse the price paid by the Client for the returned products.
In the event that the return is made in exercise of the Customer's right of withdrawal, Manufacturas Jica S.L. will not pay the shipping costs of the product or face the return costs. In case of refund for a defective product or different from the one requested by the Client, Manufacturas Jica S.L. will bear the cost of shipping and returning the product.
The Client will not be entitled to a refund of the price of the returned products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, or the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been met. In this case, the Client will arrange the collection of the product with the transport agency of his choice, assuming the expenses.
Partial returns of an order will result in a refund of the price corresponding to the product or products actually returned. Manufacturas Jica S.L. will manage the order to return the price through the same payment system used by the Client for the acquisition of the products, within thirty (30) days from the collection of the returned order and once Manufacturas Jica S.L. has verified that the products to be returned comply with the requirements established in the previous sections.
The application of the price refund on the Client's account will depend on the bank.
